Buying Books:
We ship all orders within a business day of receiving them, unless there is a problem with the shipping address. That said arrival of your shipment depends on the shipping you selected at checkout.

Returns must be in the same condition as when it was originally received. Returns will be refunded for the full price of the item excluding returns of items that were not as described or damaged. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original order date. All returns must be accompanied by original packing slip and sent via a traceable source.

Book Buyback:
Our pricing analysis software ensures that you get paid the highest buyback price for your books and you will get paid safely and securely once we receive your books.
No! Shipping is free! The only time you will need to pay for shipping is if you send books back that arrive in an unsatisfactory condition.
Package your books as well as you can, preferably in a box. Packing material is very helpful in preventing damage. We will not accept books that are damaged in transit.
Books must be in at least “good” condition. A book that is in good condition can contain highlighting, notes, or other markings (with the exception of study guides, workbooks, and law books, which must be clean).
Examples of books that are not accepted include:
• Books with water damage
• Books with a loose binding
• Books with spine damage
• Books with taped covers
• Books missing their required supplements
• Eastern Economy or International Editions
• Loose-leaf editions that do not include every page
• One-time use items (access codes, etc.)
• Most custom editions
If your books are not in an acceptable condition we will contact you with two options: ship the book back to you at your cost or recycle it.
If we receive a book in your shipment that we do not buyback we will contact you with two options, we can recycle the book or we can ship it back to you. If you would like to have the book shipped back to you then we will ask for payment for packing and shipping. Once we receive payment we will ship the book out.
We have two payment options available, check or PayPal.
Once we have received your order it will take 1-3 days to check-in your books then an additional 2 days to issue your payment. During peak periods, December and May, the receiving process may take an additional day.
Payments by check will take up to three business days to be sent out after we have received and inspected your books. Payments by PayPal will take a maximum of three business days after we have received and inspected your books.
Each order will be limited to 20 books. If you would like to sell to us in bulk please contact us.
Using multiple accounts is not permissible.
