How does it work?
Enter the ISBNs of the books you want to sell and we'll show you what we'll pay. Accept the offer and we'll give you a free prepaid USPS or FedEx label. Pack your books, ship them by the date on your offer, and we'll pay you by PayPal or Venmo once we've checked them in.
How long is my offer good for?
Each offer shows a "good through" date. Your box has to be scanned by the carrier by then to lock in the price.
Is there a minimum?
Free shipping labels are for offers above a minimum, shown with your quote.
What condition do books need to be in?
Books should be in good, usable shape. Books with water damage, broken or loose bindings, taped covers, missing access codes or supplements, excessive highlighting, or international, custom or incomplete loose-leaf editions may be paid less or not accepted.
When do I get paid?
Usually within a few business days of your books arriving. We'll email you when we've received them and again when you've been paid.
What if you don't accept a book?
We'll tell you which book and why in your payment email. Reply to that email if you'd like it returned (return shipping applies).
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from My buybacks any time before you ship. Your label is voided.
Buyback terms
Offers are good through the date shown and only for the exact ISBNs and quantities quoted. Final payment depends on each book's condition when we check it in, and we may pay less for, or not accept, books that don't meet the condition guidelines above. Books we don't accept can be returned on request at the seller's expense; unclaimed books are recycled or donated after 30 days. Payment is sent to the PayPal or Venmo account you give us; please make sure it's correct. You must own the books you sell. We use your name, address and email only to process your buyback.
